A company of quantity surveyors in Bolton were looking to relocate within Bolton to an exciting new mill development near the town centre. Having met with the client we understood what they needed the space to do for them, the number of people it needed to accommodate in open plan, the number of private offices, meeting rooms required and also their storage requirements. We then visited the site, measured the space allocated and began the planning and design process, returning to the client with 2D first draft plans.

 

The client could now start to visualize how the space could work for them, a few tweaks were made and we had a final layout from which we could provide costs. We were successful in securing the project and provided partitions to create the offices including manifestation to the glass detailing their corporate logos, decoration, a new kitchen and all of the office furniture. We also completed the Building Control submission for the works on their behalf.
