Project management

We will undertake the role of principle contractor for small and large office refurbishments. Communication with our client is paramount at Whitespace. Our appointed project manager will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your project. Whitespace will comply with CDM, DDA and other Health and Safety Legislation and can, if required, appoint an independent Planning Supervisor. All information and drawings relating to the project will be returned to the client on completion in the form of a Health and Safety File.
