Project management is an essential part of our office design and refurbishment service. With over 20 years experience in the area we provide the complete package offering a blend of practical experience, office refurbishment, space planning and design skills right through to the project management and completion of works.
The aim of the Project Manager is to ensure that any disruption to your business is kept to a minimum throughout the duration of the works, acting as single point of contact for you, on-site contractors and suppliers.
We will undertake the role of principle contractor for small and large office refurbishments. Communication with our client is paramount at Whitespace. Our project management service will ensure you are regularly updated on the progress of your project. We comply with CDM, DDA and other Health and Safety Legislation and can, if required, appoint an independent Planning Supervisor. All information and drawings relating to the project will be returned to the client on completion in the form of a Health and Safety File.
