Office relocation - Moves management

To complete our package of services we can provide an office relocation facility. If your business is relocating we can move you from A to B, out of hours if necessary. Prior to your office relocation we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss which items need to be moved, the date and the location of the office relocation etc. We can then assess the labour and time required as well as the number of crates and duration of crate hire needed.

 

 

If a phased approach is required we can work with you and agree on this, similarly if the move can only happen at the weekend we can accommodate this too.

We will supply full moves management drawings to ensure a smooth transition from building to building. If any alterations, interior office design or office refurbishment of the new premises needs to be done prior to the move we can obviously also take care of this.

We will assign a moves supervisor to be on site, overseeing the actual move itself, giving you a point of contact throughout the process. Again a lot of time is spent preparing for the move beforehand so that the reality is as painless as possible for you and your business is back up and running as soon as possible. We acknowledge time is money and you need to be disrupted as little as possible before and fully functional as soon as possible after the move.
