Marks & Clerk

A long standing client at Whitespace, Marks & Clerk recently asked for our help to find new premises for their Leeds branch. We were involved at an early stage helping them decide which officespace (from a choice of several) would best accommodate their business needs. They decided on South Parade in the city centre.

 

There was a requirement for several cellular offices and due to the nature of the building these were best situated around the perimeter. In order not to block natural light from the inner space, the front face of each office was fitted with full height seamless glazing and a frosted film depicting the company logo applied. This retained the open and light feel of the space whilst also introducing the corporate brand.

The brand was then carried throughout the office by using the corporate colour in key feature areas. Whilst working closely with the client, the whole project was managed by Whitespace, from the initial 2D space plans, fitting partitions and modifying lighting arrangements to installing all new furniture and moving them in! We then worked with the landlord on the dilapidations of the vacated office space, making it ready for the next tenant.
