We were approached by Westfield Health in Sheffield to carry out a full accommodation audit. This involved measuring the whole building fabric (all 4 storeys) and it’s contents, understanding the business organization in detail and then proposing ideas on how the building could be best used by the company as a whole. We spent time with the individuals from each department understanding how they operated and any necessary departmental adjacencies required.
We carried out detailed storage audits by department so that if they were moved we made sure we moved all of their necessary associated furniture with them. In some instances new storage solutions were proposed to provide a better working environment for the staff. The go ahead was given on the ground floor and we were tasked with scheduling new ceilings, lighting modifications, decoration, floor coverings and furniture in an agreed window of time and the department moved temporarily to other parts of the building. We completed the project on time and within budget.
