We were approached by Triscan to help design their new premises to incorporate manufacturing with office space. As a company they were keen to re-invest in the local area, so acquired new premises literally around the corner from their old space. We compiled an inventory of their existing furniture and equipment with a view to utilizing this in their new building where possible.
Plans of the new office space were then drawn up depicting departmental layouts and the structural changes required. See these here Triscan. A proportion of the ground floor was needed to accommodate the production flow therefore walls had to be removed and floors leveled along with the introduction of large external doors for deliveries and equipment moves.
The first floor needed sub dividing to incorporate individual offices as well as a large boardroom. In order to prevent the rooms around the perimeter of the space blocking the natural light, the front face of these rooms had double glazed partitions with integral blinds providing privacy where required without blocking the light. We also wanted to bring the Triscan brand into the space. We did this by incorporating the logo into the floor covering at the entrance Once the refurbishment was complete we moved the entire business over during one weekend and they were back up and running Monday morning!
