This fast growing global manufacturer was looking to partner a company they could work with to provide a total solution for their office fit out needs. ColorMatrix selected Whitespace to create an environment in the new headquarters that would reflect the corporate image and ethos of the company. Our brief was to create a modern space which would be light and airy, yet functional and practical for the business needs. To view a video of the project please click here.
We worked closely with key personnel to understand the space requirements, from room sizes and locations, storage and filing requirements to detailed desk configurations. The overall aesthetics of the final design were key to the success of this project, it was essential the end result demonstrated the corporate image, from the choice of colours and finishes through to the signage and overall brand identity.
The works included installing new ceilings, glazed and solid partitions (some with additional acoustic properties), wall coverings, multiple floor coverings (carpet, ceramic and vinyl), signage, window blinds and a complete furniture package incorporating 45+ workstations. The desking consisted of radial and rectangular units, all finished in striking black melamine. Under desk cable management was installed throughout. The furniture was carefully selected to demonstrate the corporate image and to maximise the flexibility required by the client.
The job was project managed throughout and completed within a six week period. Ongoing day to day contact ensured the project was delivered on time and on budget.
This carefully developed workplace design and fit-out solution brings the ColorMatrix brand to life, we are confident that the results speak for themselves… In fact the client is so pleased with the finished product we are now replicating the entire scheme in their existing office space.
