Yolli Ltd

Yolli Ltd and Loynds International Ltd have been involved in the confectionary business, supplying and manufacturing lollipop sticks, packaging materials, equipment and ingredients for almost 25 years. Earlier this year this Blackpool based, family owned business decided to relocate to bigger, more efficient premises.

Yolli employed our services to provide a turnkey design and install solution for the fitting out and furnishing of their new Headquarters.

The client wanted their new premises to reflect their brand and fun personality, whilst providing a comfortable, yet professional look and feel to the space. The brief was to provide an impressive reception area, a functional open plan office space to accommodate the sales team and a relaxed staff kitchen and breakout area, all finished to compliment their brand.

The reception area needed the ‘wow’ factor but still had to remain functional. This was achieved using the vibrant corporate brand to enhance the space along with new ceilings, lighting, signage, statement flooring and funky, colourful soft seating. The reception desk along with efficient storage solutions ensured optimum use of the area.

To maximise the natural light, we introduced a frameless glass partition separating the reception from the office. Complying with Health & Safety, and as reminder to staff and visitors of the company’s heritage, glass manifestation in the form of the Loynds’ logo was added.

In the office, spacious workstations were fitted with under desk cable management systems and desk mounted screens, these, combined with space saving tambour units, resulted in an attractive and efficient workspace. Continuing with the corporate theme, seating in the company colours were also positioned in the space.

To complete the transformation, we designed and installed a modern staff breakout area, introducing contemporary kitchen units along with a quirky custom built lollipop shaped breakfast bar. Additional tables, colourful funky bar stools and soft seating added the finishing touch to this remarkable space.
