Professional Football Association
Formed in December 1907, the PFA is the world’s longest established professional sports person’s union. The experience and expertise the PFA has gained since its formation ensures it is able to provide the best advice, representation and assistance in all aspects of a player’s career and beyond.
Partnering with our Southern contractors and working closely with the client to facilitate their expansion plans, the brief was to create a professional environment to reflect the brand values of the PFA to staff and visitors alike. Whitespace provided space planning, interior design support (detailing specifications for flooring and wall coverings) and the supply and installation of furniture to this three storey refurbishment.
We were extremely pleased with our partnership with Whitespace during the refurbishment. They were very understanding of our needs and the project was delivered on time, within our budget, with excellent design. All members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we would have no hesitation in using the company again, or recommending them.

Our interior designers worked through the design process with the client resulting in modern open plan layouts and colour schemes, using feature walls, flooring and fabrics to define and compliment different areas and incorporate the corporate colours. To see the plans please click here
Timber floors were laid to compliment timber partitions and new furniture and decoration introduced to incorporate the brand colour scheme. We also supplied and installed functional yet attractive storage solutions so everything is discreetly hidden away. The boardroom was elegantly finished with a bespoke rich walnut veneer table and comfortable black leather chairs.
In order to minimise disruption and ensure the business remained operational a phased approach was taken. As each floor was refurbished, furniture was installed, the client moved in and the next phase commenced.
Good communication with PFA staff resulted in a successful project that certainly hits the back of the net!
