The projects range from £10k to £2m, from concept to completion, we consider the smooth running of all our office refurbishment and relocation projects, regardless of the size or market sector, to be of the utmost importance. Communication with our client is vital, that’s why our Construction Project Management team assigns an experienced Project Manager to all the works we undertake.
The role of each Project Manager is to ensure that any disruption to your business, throughout the duration of the job is kept to a minimum; acting as a single point of contact for you, service providers and suppliers.
Our experienced project managers will take you through the whole construction, project management and delivery process, helping you to achieve a successful outcome to your office refurbishment. We will work with you to put together a detailed programme of works, taking full responsibility for the fit out, furniture installation and moves management, if required. Regular communication with service providers and suppliers during the refurbishment process ensures that project programmes are met. Careful planning and regular progress updates guarantee your project runs smoothly.
